Located on Phinney's Lane, this roughly three-quarter-acre cemetery is the oldest in the village of Centerville and the only surviving civic remnant of its colonial beginnings. Its earliest marked grave, that of Jonathan Hamblen, dates to 1743, with burials continuing from the Revolutionary era, and the older slate stones bear skull and winged-cherub carvings. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
