A hilltop seminary that once commanded acres of Brighton countryside — most of it now Boston College's — still trains the priests of the Archdiocese of Boston from its landmark hall.
Every campus tells one story to visitors and another to itself. This walk covers both. Four stops over 1.1 miles, about 53 minutes of walking. Every stop narrates itself when you get there, at whatever pace you feel like walking.
It is one of 50 tours in Boston, each taking a different line through the city. Nothing is booked and nothing expires, so you can start it on a whim and finish it whenever you like.
