About this walk

The only publicly funded independent art college in the country, MassArt was the first American art school to grant a degree, and today sits on Boston's 'Avenue of the Arts' beside the Museum of Fine Arts.

Every campus tells one story to visitors and another to itself. This walk covers both. Four stops over 0.0 miles, about 32 minutes of walking. The story for each stop plays as you arrive, so nothing has to be looked up and nobody has to be followed.

Boston has 50 MassRoam tours and no two cover the same ground. It works as well at eight in the morning as it does at dusk. Stop for coffee, pick it back up.
