The Eastham Mile Marker on Schoolhouse Road is one of the old stone mile markers set along the roads of Cape Cod to measure distances for travelers and the post. It survives as a contributing object within an Eastham National Register historic district, recalling the era of overland travel before modern highways reached the Outer Cape.
